This Regulation enters into force immediately and is valid until 1 June 2020
Abstract

The purpose of this Regulation is to facilitate the import of plants and other goods subject to certification in the context of the covid-19 outbreak. The requirement of providing an original health certificate, as stated in section 19 of Regulation No. 1333 related to plants and measures against pests, does not apply when it is not possible to meet this requirement at the time of import due to the covid-19 outbreak.
