Abstract

This Guideline is formulated to standardize and guide COVID-19's prevention and control and disinfection work in cold chain food production and operation process, and to prevent food and food packaging materials from being contaminated by COVID-19. The Guideline is used to guide the disinfection of cold chain food from COVID-19 high-risk areas at home and abroad in the process of production, handling, transportation, storage and sale.
