They specify criteria for eligibility for the appointment as a member of the Board and require a nominating organization to be duly registered or licensed by the Board. It also requires the Minister to convene a meeting of nominating organizations in accordance with section 3 (1) (e) (i) (ii) (iii) and (iv) of the Act.
