This process includes annexation of diagram block to Maori Land Court order dated 19 August 1966 made under section 435 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953 and registration of order and issue of title in name of Māori Trustee. The Act requires as well the incorporation of Maori Investments Limited having as principal objects (i)to administer its interests in Tarawera Forests Limited; and (ii)to receive all money and other property from time to time payable or transferable to it by the Māori Trustee or by Tarawera Forests Limited.
