Abstract

These Regulations provide with respect to surrender and disposal of food that is unfit for human consumption. They shall apply to all areas to which the Tanzania Food, Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 2003 applies and shall affect all types of food, whether locally produced or imported, which is (suspected of being) unfit for human consumption or any food which is condemned by a Court under the Act, or which is in any other way, found by an inspector to be manufactured, imported, distributed, sold, offe
