Abstract

This Act provides the State Government to control the variety of cotton cultivated in the State and the authority to permit factories to mix different varieties of cotton for the manufacture of yarn and cloth in accordance with the provisions of this Act. Additionally, the Act mentions the penalties for violating the provisions of the Act.
