Abstract

These Regulations concern the harvesting of spiny lobsters. They declare that it shall be unlawful to: (a) capture or have in possession spiny lobsters less than one pound in weight; and (b) capture or have in possession female spiny lobsters with eggs during the months of May, June and July of each year. Evidence of removal of eggs shall be considered as prima facie evidence in violation of these Regulations.
