Abstract This Regulation, consisting of 20 sections divided into four Parts and completed by one Schedule, makes provision with respect to the regulation of access to the Prospect Reservoir controlled area; the performance of plumbing or drainage work, including the requirement for a permit to do such work, the remedying of defective work and the giving of certificates of compliance; the imposition of restrictions on the use of water; and to the offences for which penalty notices may be given.
