SWMF Health Monitoring and Compensation Act of 1998 - Article 2 of Chapter 33 of 10 GCA “Health and Safety”.

This Act provides for the monitoring of Solid Waste Management Facilities (‘SWMF’) by the Department of Public Health and Social Services in collaboration with the Guam Environmental Protection Agency and the Department of Agriculture. Sites that shall be monitored shall be indicated by the Director of the Department or the Administrator of the Agency.
