Abstract

This Order provides for the prevention and control of swine fever affecting swine. Measures to prevent the spreading of this disease include notification of diseased animals and infected places by animal owners and veterinaries, inspection, restrictions on movement of animals and products that come into contact with animals such as food, fodder and utensils, killing of diseased animals, disinfection and prohibition of sale for food of flesh of any swine from any infected place.
