This Regulation enters into force on 23 November 2018.
Abstract

This Sustainable Ports Development Regulation 2018, under section 6(1)(b) of the Act, approves the area identified in the Port of Gladstone master plan as the master planned area for the port. A copy of the master plan is available for inspection on the department’s website. In this section: Port of Gladstone master plan means the master plan for the Port of Gladstone made by the Minister on 1 November 2018.
