The object of the Fund is to provide for programs to protect and enhance the environment (sect. 3). Section 4 lists the financial components of the Fund. The Minister of Environment, Lands and Parks may use the Fund for initiatives to reduce and manage solid, liquid and atmospheric waste and for other environmental protection and environmental renewal initiatives.
