Entry into force notes
The present Ordinance enters into force on 1 July 2014.
Abstract

The present Ordinance enforces the Ordinance on agricultural raw material for biofuel and bio-liquid and the Biofuel Ordinance 2012. Article 1 establishes that biogenic substances must comply with sustainability requirements as laid down in the afore-mentioned Ordinances. The text consists of 2 articles.
