Abstract The Regulations apply to enquiries conducted by the Surveyors Board, as per section 16 of the Surveyors Ordinance of 1960. They regulate the procedure to be followed before the Board (among other matters, filing of complaint, submission by the complaiant of the statement of facts, dismissal of complaint, representation by advocate or surveyor, preliminary objection, right of cross-examination, decision on the enquiry, etc.). The Regulations are followed by one Schedule, containing a model form of the notice to appear in disciplinary enquiry. Full text English
