The Central Plan Register shall be in Form 1. A Liaison officer to keep registers as specified in regulation 3. A list or supplementary list compiled by the liaison officer under Section 4 or 7 of the Act forwarded to the Surveyor General in accordance with the provisions of the Act shall be endorsed with a certificate in Form 3.
