Abstract

The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the abstraction of water from surface waters for potable water supply. The Ordinance applies to surface waters and parts of water used for the abstraction of water for the public potable water supply. The text consists of 5 articles as follows: Purpose of the Ordinance (1); Sphere of application (2); Authorization of water abstraction (3); Exceptions (4); Entry into force (5). Two Annexes are enclosed.
