Section (1) gives definitions. Sections (2)-(5) regard procedures related to the storage, transportation, packaging, marking and classification of eggs for exportation purposes. Section (6) and regard eggs quality. Section (8) establishes that rinsing of eggs with water shall take place only upon Director’s authorization. Sections (9) and (10) regard inspection procedures. Section (11) regards inspector’s approval procedures for exportation. Section (12) regards repackaging procedures after inspection. Sections (13) and (14) provide with post-inspection limitations regarding shipment moving or custody. Section (15) sets levy for authorizations reported in section (11).
