Abstract

An Ordinance to regulate the use of sulphurdioxide additives. Article 1 contains a list of the authorized additives complying with the purity criteria listed in Annex 2. Annex 1 indicates the maximum quantity of sulphurdioxide allowed for certain foodstuffs. The Ordinance consists of 6 articles and 2 Annexes.
