Abstract No person shall sell or offer for sale any product that is covered by this mandatory Order unless the product complies with its provisions. Article 2 gives definitions of various kinds of sugar and sugar solutions. Products may not be submitted to a blueing process, but products intended for manufacturing may contain colorants in accordance with applicable Regulations.
