Abstract

The present Ordinance provides for the enforcement of certain EU-directives concerning the common production of sugar. Article 3 establishes that whoever produces sugar shall notify this to the competent authority. Moreover, every change in production conditions shall be notified within a week. The text- consisting of 14 articles – deals, inter alia, with the following articles: sphere of application, competences, definition of term, registration of production industry, notification of any change, sampling, taking of stock, fixing of charge, sugar book, tolerance and participation duty and transitional provisions.
