Abstract

The present Ordinance by the Federal Minister for Agriculture and Forestry, Environment and Water Resources lays down detailed rules for the application of the quota system in the sugar sector. Article 3 names AMA (“Agrarmarkt Austria”) as responsible for the execution of the present Ordinance. The text consists of 28 articles divided into 7 Parts as follows: General provisions (1); Sugar import (2); Sugar import from third countries (3); Special sugar import (4); Internal sugar trade (5); Sugar production (6); Final provisions (7).
