The present Ordinance enters into force on 1 July 2008.
Abstract

The present Ordinance implements various Community Regulations as laid down in article 1. Article 2 names the Minister for Agriculture and Forestry, Environment and Water Resources as responsible for the enforcement of the present Ordinance. The text – consists of ? articles – deals with the following matters: sphere of application, definition of terms, granting of authorization, sugar production, determination of fees and other costs, duty to notify, registers, importation of sugar, sugar from third countries and final provisions.
