Abstract

These Regulations, made under Sugar Insurance Fund Act by the Minister on the recommendation of the Sugar Insurance Fund Board, for the purposes of that Act, prescribe: (a) the area prescribed for computing the total sugar accrued shall be any enlarged factory area; and (b) the prescribed percentage of the total insurable sugar shall be 83 per cent.
