Levies shall be collected on the export of sugar for the benefit of the funds. The Sugar Industry Price Stabilisation Fund and the Sugar Industry Price Rehabilitation Fund shall be managed by a Committee as defined in section 8. The Sugar Industry Labour Welfare Fund by a committee that shall be a body corporate.
