Abstract

These Regulations stipulate that, notwithstanding any specific agreements between sugar manufacturers and cane farmers, in every quota licence and export licence issued on or after 5 September, 1974, there shall be included or deemed to be included the conditions set out in the Schedule to these Regulations. The terms that shall be compulsorily included in the agreement concern the delivery of canes to manufacturers and acceptance of such cane by them.
