Sections 4 and 15 of the principal Act are amended by repealing the amendments respectively made to them by sections 2 and 3 Sugar Cane Growers Fund (Amendment) Act 1998. Section 4 of the principal Act is amended by adding at the end the following new subsection- “(5) Any sum paid out of the Fund in the form of financial assistance under this section as amended by the Sugar Cane Growers (Amendment) Act 1998 is repayable over a period of 5 years commencing on 1st January 1999 out of the Consolidated Fund, which is appropriated accordingly in each of those years.” Full text English Website www.fiji.gov.fj References - Legislation Amends Sugar Cane Growers Fund Authority Act (Cap. 207).
