Abstract The present Regulation implements the Marketing of Agricultural Products Act. This Regulation applies to: a) all persons who produce or market sugar beets, and b) processors of sugar beets within Alberta. A licence by the Board is needed to grow and market sugar beet; related applications have to be addressed containing the items listed in section 4.
