Abstract

Pursuant to the provisions laid down under Regulation (EC) No. 1005/2009, these Regulations set out rules concerning substances that deplete the ozone layer. Specific provisions deal with shipment of waste and facilities for storage of substances that deplete the ozone layer. Further rules regard the data to be submitted by all entities involved in the recovery, recycling, reclamation and destruction of controlled substances. Final provisions regard offeneces and the penalties to be applied.
