Abstract

The present Law lays down provisions relating to the promotion of agriculture and forestry in Styria. The Land of Styria is called to contribute to the sustainable development of an efficient and modern agriculture and forestry. The government of Styria has to produce every years a report concerning the economic, ecological and social situation of agriculture and forestry. The text consists of 21 articles divided into 3 Parts as follows: General provisions (1); Field of support (2); Principles, final provisions (3).
