Abstract This Ordinance, of 19 Sections, gives definitions and makes provisions for the institution of the “Nahal Kishon” Stream Authority. Section (1) gives definitions. Section (2) announces the institution of the “Nahal Kishon” Stream Authority. Section (3) and (4) describe the authority’s geographical limits and its’ targets. Section (5) lists the authority’s powers. Section (6) provides with member’s appointing procedures. Section (7) to (11) deals with operative procedures of the authority that shall be executed by the Authority’s Board. Section (12) lists the Board’s powers. Sections (13) to (14) provide with financial and logistic procedures. Section (15) regards the appointing of special and temporary committees. Sections (16) and (17) give general information. Section (18) concerns the publication of an operative and financial annual report. Section (19) sets entry into force date to 30 days from publication date.
