For the purpose of ensuring its revision, this Regulation expires on 30 June 2008.
Abstract

The present Regulation implements various sections of the Stray Animals Act. Section 2 establishes that in addition to the animals set out in section 1(d) of the Act, the animals listed in this section are specified as livestock to which the Act and this Regulation apply. Furthermore, the text deals with expenses that may be charged to the authorities and the case of persons without sufficient funds to carry out work or provides a service who may apply to the Minister for advance payment of expenses. The text consists of 7 sections.
