Countering corruption covers activities of all public authorities to identify, prevent and eliminate causes and conditions, contributing to the occurrence of corruption situations, identifying and combating corruption offenses and crimes, elimination of their negative consequences, ensuring rights and freedoms, improving the standard of living of citizens, development of the economy and ensuring the security of the country. This Strategy as an important state document laid a solid foundation for strengthening the fight and preventing corruption crimes, within its framework found the solution of the main issues in the field of combating corruption, taking into account the conclusions of sociological research, experience of law enforcement agencies of other states and statistical analysis of the state of corruption over the past period in the country.
