Abstract

This Strategic Program for Climate Resilience (SPCR) is a nationwide multi-sectoral policy document over the five year period. It represents a framework to build the climate resilience of vulnerable sectors of the economy and at-risk communities across the country responding to the priorities of Nationally Determined Contribution (NDC). The SPCR has a geo-climatic focus on the highly vulnerable southern belt river basins, mountain ecosystems, and farming communities.
