Abstract This Regulation concerns stock yards and requires a licence to operate them. The regulation specifies which is the procedure to apply for a licence (sects. 4 and 10), the reasons why an application can be refused or a licence suspended or cancelled (sect. 5) and the expiration of the licence. The Regulation also states that licences are not transferable (sect. 14).
