Part 2 specifies which pests can be declared pests under the Act and approves the location of building lines for fences. Part 3 concerns stock routes and their management. Part 4 establishes the pest operational board for rabbits and defines its operational area. Part 5 contains miscellaneous provisions, among others on inspection and fees.
