Abstract

No person shall introduce, or cause to be introduced any semen unless accompanied by a permit of the Director. The Director make the granting of the permit to such conditions as may appear to him necessary or expedient for the prevention of spreading of animal diseases. Also sale, disposal, collection of semen or artificial insemination requires a permit of the Director. Contravention of the above rules shall be fined.
