Abstract The Minister may by notice in the Gazette declare: (a) any kind of animal as stock; (b) any mark not to be a brand, for the purposes of this Act. The Director: Veterinary Services in the Ministry shall be the Registrar of Brands. The Registrar shall keep a register of all brands registered under this Act. (1) The Minister shall prescribe brands in respect of stock and may, in by Regulation divide Namibia into different stock brand areas.
