Abstract

This Act concerns artificial breeding on animals, meaning “each of the procedures of collecting, processing, handling, storing and distributing semen or ova and includes artificial insemination and ovum transfer” (sect. 1). The Act defines all licensing requirements and procedures and provides for inspections, enforcement measures and offences and penalties.
