Abstract

The purpose of the present pilot project is to protect forest resources and provide for adequate management and conservation of forest resources. The text consists of 89 sections divided into 11 Parts as follows: Interpretation (1); Balancing competing values and interests (2); Stillwater pilot forest stewardship plan, cutting (3); Forest practices in the stillwater area (4); Public participation in the stillwater pilot project (5); Approval and term of stillwater pilot forest stewardship plan (6); Stillwater pilot forest stewardship plan content (7); Reports and records (8); Monitoring and evaluation (9); Compliance and enforcement (10); Repealed (11). Two Schedules are enclosed.
