The Organization aims to produce and store tea, research, make policy, protect rights of producers and consumers and reduce the importation of tea in order to achieve the self-sufficiency. Accordingly, the Organization shall monitor tea planting activities, increase the quality and quantity of tea production, make dry tea from tea leaves, support the tea producers financially and technically and conduct research and feasibility studies. The Organization is constituted of a General Assembly, a Board of Directors and an Inspector.
