Abstract

The Statute establishes the Fodder Production and Distribution Company under the supervision of the Ministry of Agriculture. The main objectives of the Company include fodder preparation, production and distribution of feed for animal, poultry and fish in order to increase the quality and quantity of animal products. Accordingly, the Company shall purchase the fodder from domestic or foreign producers, prepare and produce the ingredients of the animal feed, export surplus fodder and control the fodder market. The company is constituted of a General Assembly, a Board of Directors, an Executive Manager and an Inspector. The Regulation consists of 27 articles sub-divided into 3 Chapters: General Provisions (I); Structure (II); Miscellaneous Provisions (III).
