The fund is affiliated to the Organisation for the Environment with independent legal personality and shall be governed in accordance to the rules for governance of governmental companies. Subject of activity of the fund include grant of facilities to the factories and workshops for reducing environmental pollution, prevention of damages to the environment through preserving and management of biodiversity, financial support to the ecosystem plans, cooperation in educational and cultural plans for improvement of environment.
