The main objectives of the Organization include to: improve the agricultural knowledge, develop new technologies, preserve environment and renewable resources, sustainable development, increase the quality and quantity of the agricultural products, protect the union rights of agriculture engineers, monitor the technical tasks and protect rights of engineers and customers. The Organization consists of a Central Council, Provincial Council, City Council, General Assemblies, and a Judicial Committee. All Iranian graduates form agriculture and national resources engineering disciplines are entitled to join the Organization. The Statute consists of 38 articles, sub-divided into 5 Chapters: General Provisions (I); Objectives, Responsibilities and Authorities (II); Structure (III); Membership (IV); Miscellaneous Provisions (V).
