Abstract

This Act consists of four sections and is divided into five Parts. It establishes the State Water Corporation as a statutory State owned corporation to exercise functions relating to the capture, storage and release of water and other functions.The objectives of the Corporation are to capture, store and release water in an efficient, effective, safe and financially responsible manner.
