Abstract This Standard has been set by the Technical Committee (TK 07) on standardization of food. The initial inspection shall be in 2020 to determine the requirements of the standard to comply with the international standards, norms, rules and recommendations. This Standard sets forth the quality and safety requirements of culinary products to ensure environmental protection and safety. This Standard also sets forth the rules and procedures of admission, controlling, packaging, labeling and the requirements to carry out public catering services.
