This Standard enters into force on the day the Decision No. 160111500015 of the State Committee for Standardisation, Metrology and Patent is published.
Abstract

This Standard has been set by the Technical Committee (TK 02) on Standardization of food and agricultural products. The initial inspection shall be in 2021 to determine the requirements of the standard to comply with the international standards, norms, rules and recommendations. This Standard shall be applied to pasteurized and ultra-pasteurized (UHT) cream, produced from raw milk of cow and buffalo and directly intended for human consumption. This Standard sets forth rules and procedures of the quality requirements of the product, public health and safety, environmental protection and safety requirements, packaging, labelling, controlling, transportation, storage.
