The trade in pesticides shall be allowed if a manufacturer or importer gives notice of his or her intention to carry on such trade to the Inspector of Medicines. The Minister may, among other things: give directions on the packing and labelling of pesticides; place, for reasons of protection of public health, restrictions on the importation of pesticides.
