The trade in pesticides shall be allowed if a manufacturer or importer gives notice of his or her intention to carry on such trade to the Inspector of Medicines. The Minister may, among other things: give directions on the packing and labelling of pesticides; place, for reasons of protection of public health, restrictions on the importation of pesticides. Pesticides for which an authorization to purchase and use such pesticides is to be issued by the Minister shall be indicated by State Decree.
