Among other things, the Regulation restricts the movement of persons from the period of 28th March 2020 to 17th April, 2020. This restriction is not to be applied to transportation or movement of essential supplies such as food, water, pharmaceutical products, medical supplies and medicines, and any other essential supplies and movement for the purposes of procuring essential supplies such as food, water, pharmaceutical products and medical supplies, among others. Furthermore, the Regulation outlaws the sale of alcohol during the lockdown period.
