Abstract

The Act applies to squatters on state lands, squatters and tenants in designated areas and squatters and tenants occupying land of State Agencies listed in the Schedule (sect. 3). Section 4 protects squatters from ejectment from dwellings subject to sections 11 and 27. Section 11 provides for the granting of a certificate of comfort against ejectment.
