Minimum quality requirement for drinking water are set out in Schedule A to this Decree. In certain circumstances, exemption for certain quality requirements may be granted by the local administrative council. The Decree sets out the procedure for such exemption and sets out obligations of producers or distributors of potable waters in respect of quality of water. They have to, among other things, carry out a risk analysis and draft a management plan on basis of such analysis.
